Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Options and Costs
We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:

1. Standard Delivery
• Cost: £1.99 (free for orders over £50).
• Delivery Time: Estimated 3–5 working days from dispatch.

2. Express Delivery
• Cost: £6.99.
• Delivery Time: Estimated 1–2 working days from dispatch.
• Orders must be placed by 1 PM for next-day dispatch.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 working days.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including a tracking number for your convenience.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 3–5 working days, depending on your location and courier schedules.
• Express Delivery: Usually delivered within 1–2 working days.

Delivery Policy

• Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
• Missed Deliveries: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions to reschedule or collect your package.
• Delays: While we strive to meet delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (such as bad weather or courier delays) may occasionally affect timelines. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
