All Ruby Planner Club products are designed, printed, and packed in the UK 🇬🇧 with love and care. We focus on high-quality materials — including 90–100gsm paper and durable spiral binding — so your planner feels premium and lasts the full 12 weeks (and beyond!).

🛍️ How much is delivery?

We offer fast and affordable delivery wherever you are:

• UK Delivery: £1.99 (Royal Mail Standard)

• Worldwide Delivery: £5.99 (International Tracked)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your parcel is on its way.

📦 How long will my order take to arrive?

• UK Orders: Usually arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• International Orders: Typically arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on your location and local postal service.

Absolutely! You can send a Ruby Planner Club diary as a thoughtful gift. Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. If you’d like us to include a short message, just add it to your order notes at no extra cost. 🎀

💫 What if I make a mistake when ordering?

If you spot an error in your order or address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rubyplannerclub.co.uk. We’ll do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our diaries are printed to order, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If this happens, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll replace or refund your item straight away. 💕
