At Ruby Planner Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or cancel your order, please review the details below to understand our policy.

 

Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in a resalable condition (no signs of use, damage, or wear).
  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

 

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@rubyplannercompany.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item, ensuring it’s well-protected during transit. Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation.
  4. Send the Package: Use a tracked delivery service to return the item to the address provided by our team. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If the item is found to be damaged or used, we may deduct a restocking fee or decline the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at
info@rubyplannercompany.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs.

 

 

Cancellations Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, here’s what you need to know:

 

Cancelling Before Dispatch:

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. To do so, email info@rubyplannercompany.co.uk with your order number and request for cancellation.
  • If the cancellation is successful, we will process a full refund within 3 working days.

 

Cancelling After Dispatch:

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process once you receive the item.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation unless they are faulty:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Digital downloads or e-gift cards.
